Accounts Assistant - £31,000 - £34,000 - Hybrid
Urgent requirement for an Accounts assistant to join a well‑respected membership body.
This is a hybrid working role based in their offices in London: 3 days per week in office and 2 days working remotely.
Responsibilities
* Processing the purchase ledger ‑ coding invoices, obtaining authorisation and sending to entry into QuickBooks.
* Process and verify new supplier information.
* Raise monthly sales invoices in QuickBooks and send to customer with supporting documentation and upload to customers portals where necessary.
* Update the programmes system with invoice and payment details.
* Chasing up outstanding invoices.
* General finance administrative tasks as required.
Training & Support
The client offers a collaborative and supportive environment to work and is happy to provide some support and training.
Qualifications
You will need to be technically adept including at least Intermediate level Excel and experience with Accounting systems. Ideally you will have done some accounting studies AAT or Accounting degree.
You’ll need experience working within a finance department as an accounts or finance assistant, be self‑motivated and able to take instruction and work as part of a finance team.
