Mission:
We are looking for a proactive, people-orientated administrator for our new and growing central Bristol office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working in a team, has excellent communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced agile environment.
What will be your responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact, greeting and welcoming all clients, visitors, guests and our people to the office
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and external communications
* Maintain presentation and tidiness of the reception, executive areas, meeting rooms and offices
* Travel and logistics coordination, arranging group travel bookings and events
* Booking meetings, conferences and social events
* Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including registration, servicing schedules, and fuel cards
* Manage office consumables stock, orders and supplies
* Support in procurement processes collaborating with the commercial team
* Lead on workwear purchases for our production employees
* Administration support for the senior leadership team and functional teams with required tasks
* Support onboarding activities, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure an organized, effective, and welcoming experience
* Welcome new starters and settle them in on their first day with a welcome brief and
* be the point of contact for newcomers as they settle into the company
* Support the People Team with internal communication channels
* Assist with health, safety and environmental tasks and document management administration
* Support Office Manager with all day-to-day tasks
Profile and requirements:
* Proven experience working in an administration support role
* Great interpersonal skills and can-do attitude
* Integrity, agility, pro-active, team player
* Ability to multi-task and take ownership
* Ability to work autonomously
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office โ Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
