We have an urgent requirement for a Principal Surveyor to work on a specific project in addition to the usual casework.
The candidate must live within 30 miles of the Corby Cube Office and be willing to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
The candidate must have extensive experience of acquiring properties to be used as children’s homes and should have programme management experience of delivering these properties.
The candidate will need to identify suitable properties, acquire them, and commission them for this specific use.
The candidate will also be responsible for managing the disposal of larger development sites with values more than £5m
