Our client is looking for a highly organised, proactive Business Manager to strengthen their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied workload across administration, operations, and basic HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing suppliers, stock ordering and project documentation
* Coordinating customer site visits and installation schedules
* Handling incoming customer queries and support requests
* Overseeing office Health & Safety compliance
* Managing invoicing, payments and credit control
* Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and supporting internal communication
* Assisting with HR duties including onboarding and staff documentation
* Organising company events, travel and logistics
* Managing SLAs, renewals and general project coordination
Ideal Background:
* 3+ years in a senior administrative or business support role
* Confident liaising with clients, board members and senior leadership
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
* Experience with Pipedrive and QuickBooks is highly desirable
* Knowledge of office-based H&S is an advantage
