We are seeking a Development Customer Liaison Manager to lead our team of Customer Liaison Officers in delivering focused, post-completion customer care to our market sale purchasers and shared owners moving into new Abri homes. Candidates should have experience in the affordable and private sale housing sectors, with a passion for customer service and attention to detail. You will collaborate with Development Project Managers to ensure homes are built to high standards and that the post-sale customer journey is seamless and positive, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Exceptional management and customer service skills, along with consistency and efficiency, are essential for success in this role. Your responsibilities will include driving customer satisfaction, promptly resolving complaints, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. We aim to innovate and improve our processes continually.
This is a full-time position. Requests for part-time work cannot be considered.
An essential requirement is access to a vehicle and a full driving licence; applications from non-drivers will not be considered.
