You will be the first Sales Executive to establish our presence in Birmingham area and play a key role in our growth into the UK market. While you'll be the main contact locally, you’ll have strong support from our teams across the UK. Your job will be to build and maintain great relationships with new and existing clients, and to ensure Dalux's market is growing and that our innovative software solutions are implemented smoothly. Profile
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in complex B2B sales within a SaaS company, combined with an understanding of the construction industry. You should be service-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator. We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, excels at building long-term client relationships, and is motivated by shared success. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively Engage Clients: Reach out to potential customers and build long-term relationships.
* Implement Dalux Software: Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure smooth onboarding for new and existing customers.
* Drive the Sales Cycle: Oversee sales activities from initial contact to closing, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
* Represent Dalux: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen our brand.
* Manage Contracts and Pricing: Lead negotiations and develop pricing strategies to support growth.
