Reporting directly to the Support Solution Lead you will lead the training solution input into a wide range of bids of varying scale.
The role of the Training Solution Architect is key for all bids and proposals to UK and Export secure communication customers. The Training Solution Architect will work alongside Support Solution Architects in defining the training strategy, bid proposal and costs in accordance with customer requirements.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Understand the customer and internal business requirements and strategy
Identify the training solution for the bid and produce suitable proposal documentation
Identify associated costs, schedules, risks and assumption
Handover of the proposed solution into the training delivery organisation
Identify future training technologies and approaches that could be used
ABOUT YOU
Able to work closely with SMEs to understand systems and equipment in the context of training need
Experience of inputting into bids or training strategy development
Knowledge and experience of working with ILS standards such as Def-Stan 00-600
Awareness of UK and International defence standards in training (including UK MoD DSAT processes and /or ASD S6000T) would be beneficial
Ability to multitask across multiple bids at any time
