Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with an award-winning regional law firm based in Birmingham city centre. They are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in an administrative finance role who is looking to develop their career further.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist in the end-to-end billing process.
* Proactively support the credit control function in chasing any debt queries.
* Support with revenue forecasts and reports.
* First point of contact for finance queries for the business, redirecting them appropriately amongst the team.
* Ad-hoc administrative support with the month-end process.
Qualifications
* 6-12 months in an administrative role that ideally has exposure to finance
* An interest in a career in finance/accountancy
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills whilst being numerate
* Happy in the office Mon-Fri
