About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Insight Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our products and services. In this role, you’ll collect, analyse, and synthesise research to uncover customer needs and market opportunities. Your insights will inform innovation priorities and guide product development decisions.

2. Analyse data: Use statistical and analytical tools to identify patterns and actionable insights.
3. Report and present findings: Create clear, compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders.
4. Monitor market trends: Stay ahead of competitor activity and consumer behaviour.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally: Ensure insights inform product discovery and design.
6. Drive innovation: Translate insights into opportunities for new products and propositions – both which initiatives to prioritise and then how they are then designed.
7. Maintain insight repository: Keep our centralised database up to date and accessible.

8. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
9. Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
