My client, an established HVAC service provider are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team. This role involves breakdown, repair, and servicing of commercial gas systems across Birmingham. Position: Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £47,000 per annum

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and repairing faults in commercial gas systems.
Conducting routine servicing and maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
Responding to breakdowns and providing timely, effective solutions.
Ensuring all work complies with current safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Relevant Gas Safe qualifications (e.g., CCN1, COCN1, CODNCO1, or equivalent).
Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial gas systems.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
A full UK driving license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to health and safety standards.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
Traveling to client sites across Birmingham to carry out scheduled maintenance or respond to breakdowns.
Diagnosing issues and implementing effective repairs.
Performing routine servicing to ensure systems are operating at peak efficiency.
Liaising with clients to provide updates and recommendations.
Completing all necessary documentation and reports.
Participating in an on-call rota to provide emergency support when required.
