NQ Real Estate Solicitor. The Opportunity: A leading national law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Solicitor (NQ) to join its highly regarded Commercial Property team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, high-profile real estate transactions and development projects across a broad range of sectors. You will advise developers, investors, property companies, and corporate occupiers on major deals that help shape the commercial landscape. Responsibilities
* Acting on the acquisition, disposal, and development of commercial property assets.
* Advising on structuring transactions, conditional contracts, and joint venture arrangements.
* Assisting with pre-lettings, lettings, and sale-and-leaseback transactions.
* Drafting and negotiating a wide range of property documents including contracts, leases, transfers, and ancillary deeds.
* Managing title reviews, searches, enquiries, and post-completion processes.
* Working alongside partners and senior lawyers on complex matters while taking ownership of your own caseload.
* Developing strong client relationships and liaising with external advisers such as agents and surveyors.
* Supporting business development initiatives, client events, and internal training.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with solid training experience in commercial property or real estate.
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
* Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
* Ambitious, enthusiastic, and eager to develop a career in high-value real estate work.
