I need a manager for 2 venues in the same building in central Newcastle upon Tyne. The bars have separate entrances although one is ground floor and the other directly above it. They both open until 3am and both do food until 9pm (8pm sat / 6pm sun). Trade is very weekend focused though the food operation is building throughout the week. Specially our Sunday dinner service. Rostering bars within set budgets Strong work ethic and not scared to get stuck in record of keeping staff motivated while maintaining discipline and efficiency cocktail / menu design experience good food & wine knowledge Common sense
We are at the point where we have the customers but are not maximizing revenue due to poor organization & lack of experience. This will be the main objective for this new role.
