We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Team Leader within the Visitor Services Team of the Botanic Garden.
The successful candidate will manage a daily on-site team of 5-8 Visitor Services Assistants and volunteers. This team serves as the Garden's first point of contact with visitors, and the role is crucial in ensuring a warm welcome and maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include overseeing all daily visitor service operations, responding to incidents, ensuring visitors have an enjoyable and safe experience, and leading the Visitor Services Team proactively throughout the day.
The working pattern is 4 days per week, including at least one Saturday or Sunday, plus three variable days (including all Bank Holidays). The candidate must be willing to work additional hours during Garden-wide events such as Apple Day and Botanic Lights.
