We have a new opportunity as our Receptionist and Business Administrator based at our site in Hook, Hampshire. This role is on a full time, permanent contract.
You will carry out all reception and business administration duties and provide the first point of contact to all visitors, callers and employees as well as supporting the business in all areas to meet its objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
* Perform all Reception duties
* Meeting and greeting customers and all site visitors to perform HSE induction, security protocols and orientation
* Carry out business administration tasks to support internal stakeholders
* Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
* Sorting incoming and outgoing post
* Arranging and scheduling conference rooms before and after use, scheduling meetings and managing communication effectively
* Coordinate weekly movement spreadsheet and communicate effectively
* Ensuring legal compliance and smooth daily operations
We are seeking a candidate who has experience working in a Receptionist role but also has experience performing administration duties.
