About the Role:
You’ll be working across a variety of welding tasks, with a focus on quality workmanship and safety. The role involves working with mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals, offering variety and hands‑on experience each day.
Roster:
* Monday to Friday
* 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
* Pay Rate: $32.25 per hour + Penalties + Super
* Approx. 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding for radiator components and general metalwork
* Read and interpret drawings or specifications accurately
* Measure, cut, and prepare materials to precise dimensions
* Maintain welding equipment and tools
* Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a 2nd Class Welder or general welder, preferably in fabrication or radiator work
* Skilled in MIG and/or TIG welding
* Ability to read basic technical drawings
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
* Reliable transport and a commitment to safety
* Ability to provide a police check
* Full working rights in Australia
