About The Role

HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR Contract: Permanent OpportunityDivision: Central - Human Resources
Location: Hillsborough, Northern Ireland

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support the services offered within the HR team.

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Coordinator, this role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality administrative support across the business.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will manage a variety of day-to-day tasks, including data management, onboarding coordination, and employee support, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
2. Process new starter and contract change documentation.
3. Provide payroll-related information to the finance team.
4. Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
5. Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers.
6. Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR Coordinator.
7. Assist with audits and compliance checks.
8. Produce and submit weekly and monthly management reports.
9. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and employment legislation.
11. Coordinate all aspects of onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
12. Arrange Travel When Required
13. Track and process probationary periods, including preparing review documentation and supporting managers with timely evaluations.
14. This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Human Resources Administrator and the range of duties to be undertaken.
15. It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.
16. Handle the receipt and processing of invoices and speeding fines, ensuring accurate record-keeping and communication with relevant employees.
Essential
17. Strong IT skills to include Microsoft suite and good working knowledge of Internet Explorer or equivalent
18. Proven administrative experience in a busy working environment
19. Excellent organisational skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
20. Uses own initiative when approaching tasks.
21. Stellar attention to detail and adaptability

Desirable

22. Exposure to the Construction industry
23. Experience within a HR team
