The Role
We’re looking for a Health and Social Care Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of the adult social care sector. This role will lead the marketing strategy for our Health and Social Care business unit, working closely with the Health and Social Care senior team and other key stakeholders to drive employer engagement, learner recruitment, and brand positioning in the market.
This is a home-based role, with some travel required for team meetings, exhibitions and company events. This will be discussed with you further in your interview.

About You
* Strong marketing experience within the health and social care sector (care settings, training, or related industries).
* Proven ability to create and deliver marketing plans that drive commercial success.
* Exceptional content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for employers and learners.
* Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment, supporting sales and recruitment teams.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimise marketing performance.
