Job Description
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the location intelligence market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and project delivery.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial real estate industry.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals effectively and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager (BDM) should have:
* A strong background in sales, particularly within the data insights, analytics and consultancy industry.
* Proven experience in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
* Experience of selling complex services to commercial real estate clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
* Ability to understand and present location intelligence solutions to a diverse audience.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
* A proactive and goal-oriented attitude towards achieving sales targets.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
