Shopper Marketing Lead – Wellbeing Collective
Business Function: Marketing • Location: 100 Victoria Embankment (2 days a week) and Kingston Head Office (1 day a week)
Job Purpose
This role leads the shopper marketing strategy for Liquid I.V. UK and the Enhanced Hydration category, ensuring brand visibility at the point of purchase through engaging shopper programmes that support wider brand activities and retailer partnership initiatives. You will develop and execute market‑leading shopper marketing campaigns, aligning them with the full media plan and retailer execution teams to drive competitive growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead the shopper marketing strategy for Liquid I.V. UK and implement it across all retailers to meet annual growth objectives.
* Create shopper campaign blueprints with differentiated options for deployment by retailer execution teams, aligned with retailer requirements.
* Define customer priorities, allocate budget (BMI), manage forecast and spend monthly, and optimise shopper marketing investments across in‑store and online channels for ROI.
* Localise global CSTKs or develop custom assets, ensuring artwork is ready for deployment and meets Unmissable POS standards.
* Own shopper input into the end‑to‑end annual planning process, including any customer sell‑in requirements.
* Manage all content supporting the shopper journey, including ratings & reviews, supplementary images, written content, and influencer content directed to store.
* Collaborate with Customer Account Managers, Category, Strategy & Planning and Brand teams to shape retailer strategies, build strong retailer relationships and present to internal and external stakeholders.
* Directly manage shopper marketing for key accounts such as Costco and Holland & Barrett.
* Assist the broader Commercial team across Brand & CSP when needed.
About You / Qualifications
* Several years of experience in shopper marketing with knowledge of retail media networks and planning processes, and a proven ability to optimise plans for performance.
* Project‑management experience delivering cross‑functional, business‑critical projects on time and in full.
* Stakeholder‑management skills with a proven ability to build and develop relationships, preferably with customers or agencies.
* Excellent communication skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, strong attention to detail and ability to convey ideas and plans clearly in presentations.

Location
Work based at 100 Victoria Embankment (London) 2 days per week and at our new Kingston Head Office 1 day per week. The new Kingston campus will be completed in early 2025 and will provide a sustainable, agile work environment.
