Customer Suppor Administrator
Working closely with a variety of customers and platforms to provide support to sales, purchasing and logistics within a fast-paced and busy technology business.
This role could suit college leavers with the right drive and personality, candidates will need to have their driving license and own vehicle as they could be travelling between tow sites is Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
The ideal Business Administrator will need to be confident on the phone as well as being articulate and willing to learn. This will be a varied role including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Administrator:
• Process UK and international reverse logistics (returns) accurately and within SLA timelines
• Coordinate with the Returns team to manage timely processing of returns
• Support the credit issuance process
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and resolution
• Prepare and distribute commercial documentation, including Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders, Pro-forma/Commercial Invoices, Credit Notes, Staff Sales, and Proof of Purchase
• Handle import/export paperwork including courier bookings, Commercial Invoices, and FCCs • Act as the point of contact for carrier queries and internal courier-related support
• Respond to customer, supplier and courier enquiries and provide aftercare, including updates on shipments and orders
• Liaise with internal departments to support the Sales and Purchasing teams, service partners, and clients
• Coordinate and maintain the Advance Replacement Process
• Lead on UK carrier QBR preparation and administration
• Provide customer service support System & Data Management Support
• Stock allocation and rotation
• Product, supplier and customer setup
• Maintain system records and ensure data accuracy
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports across sales, purchasing, vendor and logistics functions as required
