As our Brand Marketing Manager, you'll help craft and steer our brand strategy, championing growth and elevating our presence in the market. Working hand in hand with our wider Marketing family, you'll ensure our brand shines consistently across every channel and touchpoint. With a keen eye on data and trends, you'll dive into performance insights to fine tune our approach, keeping us bold, ambitious and always aligned to our big business goals.A day in the life of… A Brand Marketing Manager is all about bringing the Sofology story to life by…Strategic Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of creatives, ensuring they have clear goals, receive regular feedback, and are empowered to perform at their best.Paid Media and Social Strategy: Drive the overall strategy for paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok) and social media channels, setting KPIs and ensuring consistent execution of the brand identity.Organic Social Strategy: Ideate and execute engaging content, ensuring consistent brand identity.Inspire and Influence: Act as a key voice in campaign concepts, inspiring and guiding the team to develop innovative content. Demonstrate an enthusiastic, influential presence that engages cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Campaign Ownership: Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timelines.Team Development: Identify opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, providing coaching and supporting their professional growth.Performance Analysis and Insights: Regularly review and report on campaign and team performance, using insights to refine strategies, optimise results, and recognise team contributions.Agency and Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity of objectives, roles, and results.Brand Strategy Development / Brand Management: Work with the insight team and Head of Brand to develop and implement the yearly brand plan, future brand campaign, brand positioning and messaging. Strengthen the brand identity and manage visual assets and tone of voice.Campaign Planning and Execution: Forward plan the yearly campaign and content plan across brand, product, and trade. Oversee the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across paid media, PR, social, content, email, in-store, and web.
