Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly accruals for all major areas of spend
2. Partner with the business to prepare the purchase order accruals and liaise with the shared service teams on relevant PO issues
3. Contractor accrual
4. Weekly update of the production volumes for the joint meeting with finance, supply chain and operations. Ensure all relevant areas of the business make timely inputs
5. Work with HR department on headcount forecasting and reporting to drive link between headcount numbers and comp and bens
6. Issue monthly cost Centre reports and act as initial point of contact for small cost centres
7. Support with stock taking process as needed
8. Work with supply chain on BOM and recipes updates as needed
9. Support with Internal and External Audit requests
10. Assist in preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
11. Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA with technical or operations undergrad (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology)
12. Strong excel skills
