Spark Construction Ltd is a recruitment agency based in Gravesend Kent.
We're looking for an office assistant (work from home) to join our team to support the payroll team with all the payroll activities within the business.
Responsibilities:
Accurate inputting timesheets data
Liaising with operations team to resolve any timesheet queries and errors
First point of contact for operatives and clients queries received via telephone and email
Requirement:
No prior office assistant experience required but you will need:
Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to confidently speak with range of people on the phone
Strong attention to detail
This office assistant position is work from home and we will provide company laptop/mobile phone.
