Marketing & BD Manager - Professional Services

We're recruiting for a rather unique, professional services business in the Leeds region. They stand out because of their approach to client work, their culture and the career opportunities they create for their teams.
This role is at the heart of the business, working closely with partners and managing a team to deliver a wide variety of marketing campaigns that supports specific market targeting and also strengthens the brand.
In this position you'll oversee a broad range of marketing activity including:
* brand comms
* digital campaigns
* website management
* email marketing
* social media
* events
* sponsorship
You'll manage a team of people in the delivery of these campaigns, pulling together both internal and external resource where needed, managing chunky marketing budgets and really focusing on productivity. As always in professional services, it's a busy department!
You'll also work directly with Partners in the business talking about their objectives for growth and how you can support the growth of their areas through marketing activity.
To be considered for this position we're looking for someone with previous professional services experience. Someone used to working with Partners in an accountancy or legal setting, who understands their challenges and objectives. You'll need to be a consummate marketing professional with an industry relevant degree or CIM qualification. You'll have managed a team before and be confident in your ability to deliver fast moving, high volume campaigns.
