Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a landmark £300M commercial development in Central London. This is a senior leadership role overseeing all stages of the project, from procurement through to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide overall leadership and direction for the construction of a major £300M commercial development in Central London.
* Lead and manage the full procurement process, including contractor selection, tendering, and contract negotiations.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all third-party stakeholders, including investors, consultants, local authorities, and tenant representatives.
* Oversee and mentor a junior team member, ensuring their professional development and effective contribution to the project.
* Drive the project programme, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
* Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting in collaboration with the commercial team.
* Oversee risk management, health & safety compliance, and quality control across all project phases.

* Strong expertise in procurement strategy, contract negotiation, and contractor management.

* Demonstrable ability to manage complex third-party relationships and negotiations.
* Comprehensive understanding of UK construction regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices.
