About the Team:
The Technology Group manages the delivery, management, and services across all technology disciplines within the air navigation services environment. This includes Oceanic and Domestic Air Traffic Management, Security, MPLS Network, Operations/Maintenance, IT & Service Management, Project Delivery/Flight Inspection, and Engineering.
The IT & Service Management team includes the IT & Service Management Manager, the National IT Operations team, the Enterprise Applications team, the IT Service Assurance Manager, and the Service Desk Vendor Manager.
About the Role:
We have a permanent, full-time opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst in Auckland (airport) or Christchurch (Burnside).
Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Manager, you will have technical ownership of ServiceNow and other minor platforms as needed. Your role is to maximize the value of Airways' enterprise platforms, ensuring their reliability, security, and scalability, while driving innovation and aligning technology solutions with strategic business goals.

About You:
This role suits someone passionate about aviation, transport, or technology. To succeed, you should have:
* A relevant tertiary degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
* At least five (5) years of experience in IT systems administration, business applications analysis, or similar roles, with experience in ServiceNow.
* Hands-on experience with data integration, API management, automation tools, and enterprise platform configuration.
* A motivation to learn and seek out information to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience, agility, ownership, and focus on successful results.
Beneficial Skills:
* Understanding of security principles, risk management, and compliance.
* Training in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
