Finance Business Partner – Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary up to £55k, bonus, hybrid working plus free onsite parking.
Role Overview
Reporting into the head of finance, you will oversee management accounts and partner across finance and operations. You will prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and commentary, and create KPI packs for directors’ strategic planning. You will work closely with marketing, sales and operations to analyse costs versus budget, identify opportunities and risks, and improve reporting quality with new systems.
Qualifications
* Proven management accounts skills
* Experience of business partnering or strong soft skills (relationship building, written and verbal communication, challenging norms, innovative thinking)
* Accounting qualification preferred; part‑qualified or finalist acceptable
