Job Details
Location: Lingfield, Surrey
Pay: £93-£100 per day for the first 12 weeks; £20,000-£23,500 salary (permanent)
Work hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm
Term: 39 weeks per year – full time only
This opportunity begins with a 12‑week temporary placement before transferring into the school's permanent staff team.
The Role
* Supporting SEN learners within a school or college setting
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
* Encouraging independence, confidence and engagement
* Working collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff
* Supporting student wellbeing and daily routines
* Contributing to reports and student progress records
