Site Supervisor (6-month FTC)
Immediate start.
Location: Middlesbrough, site-based.
Salary and Hours: Up to £27 per hour (PAYE - Inside Ir35) with 45 hours per week and an early completion bonus.
The project involves deep drainage, road construction and soft landscaping works on a cemetery development. The successful candidate will oversee day‑to‑day site operations and manage multiple subcontractors.
The Role:
* Supervising daily site operations on a cemetery project.
* Managing subcontractors and coordinating works.
* Monitoring health & safety and completing site paperwork.
* Progress reporting and regular communication with the Contracts Manager.
* Managing works on a live/sensitive site with public access.
The Person:
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
* First Aid qualification.
* Previous experience in civils, drainage, or landscaping.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
