Assistant Parts Manager - Commercial Main Dealership
Basic Salary: Up to £38,000 (DOE) £44,000 OTE
Hours: 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Heathrow
My client are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Parts Manager to lead their Parts Team and support the success of their operations across world-renowned brands within the commercial sector.
This is a key leadership position within the Parts Department, ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive parts and team development.
About the Role
As Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Parts Advisors. You’ll play a vital role in helping the team achieve and exceed all parts sales, profit, and performance targets. You’ll implement upselling strategies, support promotional activity, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role reports directly to the Parts Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Parts Advisors to reach departmental targets

Drive parts sales through coaching, promotions, and upselling initiatives
*
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and development
*
Maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
*
Support the Parts Manager with planning and departmental coordination
*
Ensure compliance with brand standards and company procedures
About You
*
Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts Advisor
*
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
*
A good understanding of automotive parts processes and systems
*
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
*
A proactive approach and passion for delivering results
What We Offer

Basic salary up to £38,000 depending on experience

On-target earnings (OTE) up to £44,000 per annum

42.5-hour working week (Monday to Friday)
