Overview
Primarily a workshop-based role working within a team of multi-skilled engineers undertaking the service & repair of electro-mechanical equipment such as electric motors, pumps, fans & gearboxes.
Responsibilities
* dismantling the above equipment
* fault finding, diagnosis and repair
* assembly of gearboxes from stock to suit the customers’ requirements
* occasional requirement for site work
* occasional requirement for overtime
Training
Training to be given to expand the role and develop or enhance skills in all areas but particularly in electrical testing & balancing of rotating components where necessary.
Working times
8:00am to 4:30pm. Monday to Friday. Overtime is time and a half during the week and double time after the first 4 hours on Saturday, double time all day on Sundays.

* Pay: subject to experience.
