Homersham, is a modern supported living development, just outside the centre of Canterbury, and we're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Manager ready to join our team and hit the ground running!

Your Role:
* As an Assistant Manager, you will:
* Collaborate with the onsite Supported Living Manager and Team Leaders to recruit, retain, and develop staff.
* Provide regular supervisions and competency assessments. Work closely with the QA team and Operations Manager.
* Lead one of three teams, providing support and oversight to all teams.
* Build positive and engaging relationships with tenants, families, staff, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure continuity and consistency in the quality of care
