StaffPower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join their warehouse team in Cramlington as Picking & Packing Operatives. This role involves accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for dispatch in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a full-time position, ideal for individuals looking for flexibility, with 3 or 4 shifts per week depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick items from stock using picking lists Pack products safely and securely for dispatch Label parcels correctly and prepare orders for despatch Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse Carry out basic quality checks on items Work as part of a team to meet daily targets Follow all health and safety procedures Requirements: Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Capable of working in a fast-paced environment Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is beneficial but not essential full training will be provided Flexible approach to shifts and working days
