Receptionists at Delta Hotels by Marriott Peterborough provide a vital
role in being the first and last point of contact. The ideal candidate should
be confident in giving a great first and last impression of the hotel.
We are looking for:
* A team-player with excellent communication skills
* A professional appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanour

* A proactive, problem-solving approach to working in a fast-paced

Your day to day duties include:
* Checking guests in and out of the hotel and managing guest
accounts, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payment details are
properly handled.
* Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and providing
information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
* Addressing and resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and
effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Handling phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to
the appropriate departments or guests.
* Managing the hotel's front desk area, ensuring it is clean,
organised and well maintained.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service,
adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
* Preparing reports and updating occupancy statistics.
