We are hiring for our client, a well-established electrical contracting business providing services to respectable clients across the Educational, Industrial and Commercial sectors throughout the UK & Ireland.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead and develop their Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) function. The Role
* Lead and develop the SHEQ team, providing guidance and support.
* Maintain and enhance ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 systems.
* Ensure compliance with all SHEQ legislation and standards.
* Deliver training, toolbox talks and drive SHEQ awareness.
* Investigate incidents, oversee corrective actions and produce reports.
* Manage risk assessments, audits and inspections across all sites.
* Lead SHEQ onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Person
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and degree/diploma in relevant field.
* Proven SHEQ experience in electrical, construction, utilities or engineering sectors.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication, organisational and IT abilities.
* Full UK driving licence essential and able to travel with role to site.
