Job Title: Customer Service & Admin OfficerLocation: Colwyn Bay (on-site)Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (contract option available)Salary: £24,334 per yearWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (37.5 hours/week)Overview:We’re working with a well-established and growing organisation in the enforcement services sector that is looking to expand its internal support team due to new contract wins. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and professional environment where you'll be helping manage sensitive case information and assisting customers with debt resolution and guidance.What You’ll Be Doing:Taking inbound calls to assist customers with payments and payment arrangementsHandling vulnerable callers with empathy and directing them to appropriate support agenciesMaintaining and updating case files accurately and in line with GDPRSupporting field-based agents and internal teams with admin and client updatesDrafting letters, inputting data, and managing general case correspondenceWorking both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environmentWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsGood attention to detail and strong administrative abilitiesA calm, professional manner with the ability to handle sensitive or difficult conversationsStrong IT skills and accurate data entryA reliable team player with a strong work ethicBenefits Include:29 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with serviceExtra day off for your birthdayHealth cash plan with 24/7 GP accessPension schemeStudy support towards industry-recognised qualifications (CILEx)Discounts on retail, gym memberships, and travelEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)On-site parkingAdditional Info:Candidates will be subject to a basic DBS check and CCJ screening.
