Finance Business Partner – ICAEW ACA / ACCA qualified

Finance Business Partner key responsibilities include:
* Support the FP&A team, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
* Focus on analysis and data integrity, supporting business decision-making by providing and presenting financial insights from data sets.
* Support monthly actual P&L tracking and analysis.
* Liaise regularly with commercial & financial teams globally.
* Prepare Global Product Reporting (GPR) reporting packs, including reconciliation and data quality checks across forecasting, budgeting, and actuals.
* Perform HFM reconciliations and comparisons vs Flash reporting.
* Investigate variances across entities and ensure accurate allocation postings
* Provide analytical support to improve forecasting accuracy.
* Support the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process.
Finance Business Partner profile:
* Recently qualified ACA (ICAEW) or ACCA Accountant.
* Experience using data analytics software tool (Power BI or similar).
* Experience & interest in analysis and presenting insights from data sets.
* Excellent & accurate reporting techniques.
* Technically savvy, with advanced knowledge and usage of Excel & SAP (or similar)
* Experience in an organization with EU or global reach beneficial.
* Confident & engaging people skills; ability to manage relationships across the globe.
* Strong attention to detail, innovative and forward-thinking approach to business.
