We’re a well-established, family-run business based in Burnley, seeking a Warehouse Manager to take the reins of our busy operation. This is a key leadership role, managing a small but dedicated team of 5–6 staff, with full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our warehouse.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing all incoming and outgoing deliveries
* Overseeing stock control and conducting regular stock counts
* Ensuring smooth organisation and layout of warehouse space
* Handling documentation, dispatch paperwork, and system entries
* Leading on health & safety compliance and best practice
* Implementing process improvements to drive efficiency
* Being hands-on – this is not a desk-only role!
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role
* A natural leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
