Would you like to be part of an award-winning PA business that helps creatives, small business owners, and solopreneurs get their time back?

Pink Spaghetti Watford is growing, and we're looking for a highly organised, proactive PA / Operations Co-ordinator to join our small, friendly team.

This is a permanent, part-time PAYE role (12–15 hours per week across 3–4 days) with genuine flexibility — perfect if you're looking for work that fits around childcare, caring, or other commitments.

If you're a natural organiser, confident in supporting busy CEOs and entrepreneurs, and love variety in your working week, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing

No two days look the same, but your tasks might include:

* Providing day-to-day admin support for clients
* Keeping digital systems and records up to date
* Creating reports, presentations, and forms using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Canva
* Supporting invoicing and expenses in Xero and FreeAgent
* Helping clients streamline processes with Asana, Trello, or Notion
* Managing multiple inboxes and calendars
* Handling lifestyle admin (appointments, holiday research, sourcing tradespeople)
* Attending occasional client, team, or networking meetings (must be within 15 miles of Amersham or Watford and able to drive)

What we're looking for

* Solid corporate PA or admin experience with proven organisational skills
* Calm, reliable, and able to juggle priorities without fuss
* Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and quick to learn new systems
* Experience with Xero, FreeAgent, or project management tools is a bonus
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a supportive team, and wants to make a real difference to small businesses

Nice-to-haves that will make your application shine

Your PA and organisational skills are what matter most. But if you also have:

* Marketing or social media know-how
* Experience using Canva or Mailchimp
* Confidence making simple website updates (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress)

…then you'll be bringing some brilliant extras to the table

The practical bits

Location: Hybrid — mainly home-based with some in-person meetings over the month. Must live within 15 miles of Amersham or Watford and be a car-driver.

Hours: 12–15 per week, spread over 3–4 days (with flexibility)

Contract: Permanent PAYE role, with paid holiday and scope to grow your hours as the business expands
