A leading Legal 500 firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor in Cheshire to join its growing specialist team.
As a Court of Protection Solicitor in Cheshire, you’ll manage a varied caseload while working closely with clients, families and professional networks in a supportive and highly regarded department. This role offers strong progression, high-quality work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
The Role
* Managing a diverse caseload of Court of Protection matters
* Handling property and affairs applications
* Supporting high-value and complex cases
* Liaising with clients, families and professional advisers
* Working closely with senior colleagues
* Delivering high standards of client care
* Managing deadlines and caseload effectively
* Supporting business development activity
The Candidate
* 0–4 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor
* Private Client or Personal Injury experience desirable
* Strong technical ability and financial awareness
* Experience handling complex or high-value matters
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisation and time management
* Proactive and commercially aware approach
* Experience within a high street or regional firm
