Working with multiple stakeholders across the business you will be responsible for understanding products and category strategies, and then developing relevant content, mapped out against the consumer mindset for the wider marketing team to utilise. You will manage the day-to-day workload with our agency partners, ensuring it is delivered on time, to the brief and in budget, whilst making sure creative is on brand and delivering key messaging. Management of a key digital partnership is an important part of the role, working closely with buying and media agencies to deliver an annual campaign alongside a sampling programme. Working closely with the marketing manager you’ll manage all aspects of campaign planning across the year, working on multiple work streams to deliver the annual plan plus ad hoc projects as required. About You: Extensive experience within a similar role Experience working in marketing, either for a marketing agency or in-house Ability to assess creative output and drive creative direction Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - you need to not be afraid to challenge Customer focused/passionate about learning about the customer Excellent brief and presentation writing skills Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to sift through data to draw out key insights and information A demonstrable record of managing delivery from agencies Excellent project management skills Experience managing a team Highly organised A natural skill for attention to detail Excellent presentation skills Good understanding and experience of managing, delivering, and reporting of marketing campaigns Strong written and spoken communication skills.
