The focus of this post is to successfully develop and implement the undergraduate elements of St Mary’s student recruitment strategy. The role holder will proactively raise the profile and awareness of the undergraduate degree portfolio at St Mary’s with key internal and external audiences.

* Experience Days
* UCAS events
* Other undergraduate recruitment activities designed for prospective students, applicants and offer holders
Responsibilities include: developing and delivering a range of sustainable recruitment and conversion activities, managing a varied and complex workload, and fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have experience of working in Higher Education or Further Education, or experience of promoting an institution to prospective students. The applicant must demonstrate exceptional communication, project management and relationship management skills, and a proven ability to handle a varied and complex workload. A deep understanding of UK HE recruitment cycles and processes, comprehensive knowledge of the undergraduate market, and awareness of factors influencing students’ decision‑making are essential.
