This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our services and maintaining our high standards of care. The Role Based in our Colchester office (near Highwoods), this is a full-time, in-person position. While primarily office-based, there may be occasions where you’ll visit our homes across Suffolk and Essex to support the Operations Team — so flexibility and access to your own vehicle are essential.
