Package: £40k - £50k basic salary, company car allowance, company pension, performance and Christmas bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm, or as demanded by specific projects

Our client is a leading provider of surveying services, consultancy, and innovative software solutions for the social housing sector. They work in partnership with housing associations, local authorities, and building contractors, delivering high-quality, compliant retrofit projects.
Following sustained growth and a reputation for exceptional service, theyve recently secured a significant new contract with a key local client. To support this exciting phase, theyre looking for a skilled Retrofit Coordinator to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards with the opportunity to shape and grow a team around you as the contract develops and future renewals are secured.
In this client-facing role, youll be attending regular progress meetings and conducting site visits to ensure projects remain on track and compliant. Reporting directly to the Head of Net Zero, youll work collaboratively with a motivated and experienced team to guarantee the successful delivery and execution of retrofit programmes.
Your responsibilities will include:
To provide clients with technical and project management consultancy services taking projects from inception to completion, including the provision of compliant Trustmark certification on a per property basis.
To maintain and provide project data and statistics.
To conduct site visits as required across the UK but primarily in the Northwest of England.
Using specialist retrofit management and compliance tools to record assessments, manage risk pathways, create retrofit plans, and ensure all project data meets PAS 2035 and TrustMark requirements.
To undergo continual training to satisfy the requirements of the role, including attendance at internal staff development days, and external training courses.
To be successful in this role, youll need:
A qualification at BSc level or above in Building Surveying or a related discipline (either achieved or being worked towards). Alternatively demonstrable experience with PAS2035/PAS2030, domestic energy assessment or wider surveying/ construction sector.
Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
Qualified Retrofit Assessor and DEA
Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings
Excellent interpersonal skills with client focused approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
A diligent, detail-oriented approach and can-do attitude.
A full driving Licence and use of your own vehicle (Car Allowance and Mileage Paid)
