Sentra Care have partnered with a leading independent healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Nurse to join their Clinical Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who’s passionate about ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in the community to both adults and children with complex needs.
About the Role
The postholder you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and quality of care for clients and carers across your region. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, you’ll work closely with Clinical Leads, Regional Care Managers, and wider clinical teams to support service delivery, clinical governance, and professional development.
You’ll also be instrumental in supporting business growth through client assessments, onboarding, and clinical training delivery, ensuring every package of care is safe, effective, and quality-driven.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and support Clinical Leads within your region.
* Ensure all care provision meets the highest clinical and governance standards.
* Support the onboarding of new clients and the setup of new care packages.
* Deliver clinical training and revalidation for nurses and carers.
* Hold a small caseload of clients, maintaining a hands-on approach to clinical care.
* Build strong relationships with commissioners, community teams, clients, and families.
* Participate in clinical reviews and quality assurance processes.
* Contribute to the review and implementation of clinical policies and SOPs.
* Act as a role model, promoting professionalism, collaboration, and best practice.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (Adult or Child) with valid NMC registration.
* Proven leadership experience within complex care, community, or high-dependency settings.
* Strong understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance.
* Confident in managing and supporting multi-disciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to assess, train, and supervise clinical and care staff.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and safeguarding best practice.
