What We're Looking For Level 4 CYP Practitioner (or Level 3 Residential Childcare with willingness to progress) 2 years' experience in children's residential care 1 year leadership/supervisory experience Strong safeguarding knowledge & safer recruitment awareness Confident communicator and positive role model Full UK driving licence Desirable Level 5 Leadership & Management / SCQF Level 10 Knowledge of therapeutic parenting LEEJP
