We are a Marlow-based Integrated Marketing agency on the lookout for a strategic and creative Social Media Account Director. BWP is an award winning destination marketing agency. We elevate brands with impactful, creative strategies that bring people to places to achieve commercial growth. Our work supports the growth of household name brands and destinations like Trafford Centre, Lakeside, Eldon Square and Braehead.

What do Social Account Directors at BWP do?
All without over servicing accounts or projects.
# Analyse, evaluate and review workstreams to push for continuous improvements and spot new opportunities for growth.
# Drive the strategic direction and development of your client accounts and support the team to win new ones.
8+ years relevant experience of being the day-to-day lead on social media accounts; developing – and delivering – social media strategy; Agency experience - at least 6 years working in a social media or marketing agency.
~ Retail- and/or destination- marketing experience – your CV and portfolio showcase a plethora of social campaigns for retail and leisure destinations and brands.
~ People management experience. Creative. We really value people who think outside the box and are looking for portfolios showcasing unique, creative and engaging content ideas that have met and exceeded clients’ KPIs.
You produce your best work working alongside creative teams and can brief and collaborate with content creators to create engaging multimedia content that delivers on KPIs and builds a strong presence on social media.
We want to create unique content and that means staying ahead of the curve and trying new things.
