Short term | Temporary Receptionist | Birchwood | Specific dates required Your new company I am looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organised Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house support for my client for approximately two weeks. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes Provide administrative support to other departments as needed Assist with booking meeting rooms and managing calendars Respond to general enquiries via phone and email Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Professional appearance and attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Reliable and punctual Please note - you must be available to cover dates 7th - 22nd August.
