Job Title: Operations Co-Ordinator
Location: Centre based role based at WN7 4PD | Spinning Gate Shopping Centre, Leigh
Reportable To: Centre Manager,Spinning Gate Shopping Centre
Working Hours: 37.5hours per week
Job Purpose: To work closely with the Centre Manager to manage the overall operation of the centre, ensuring smooth day to day operations and deputising for the CM in their absence
The Operations Co-Ordinator has responsibility for processing & managing budgets across all areas of the centre
To provide daily administration of the centre management function

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Deputise in the absence of the Centre Manager
* Managing the centres day to day operation
* Lead, support & encourage teams to drive operational improvement, delivering excellent customer service & experience
* Co-ordinate the effective operation of Spinning Gate Shopping Centre providing excellent communication to all stakeholders
* Maintaining operational compliance, risk management & H&S across site, effectively maintaining safe working practices
* Conduct daily checks of the centre, reporting & responding to issues and ensuring that all actions are completed in a timely manner
* Managing contractors, both site & retailers, processing relevant documentation
* Be fully conversant with all procedures in the event of a fire alarm activation, ensuring that all actions comply with the centres fire evacuation procedures
* To be conversant with the operation of a multi occupancy building, reporting issues & providing solutions
* Manage the centres service charge budget, processing invoices, providing regular updates / forecast
* Manage & process the centres PO system
* Manage the centres petty cash, providing monthly review
* Manage commercialisation activity, liaising with operators, driving growth, processing bookings
* Maintaining the centres office systems, managing site documentation, filing and archive systems
* Manage insurance claims, collating & retaining all relevant documentation
* Processing mail
* To be observant at all times and report suspicious packages / persons immediately to centre management & control room
* Keeping current with industry trends & best practices
* To work additional hours and show flexibility regarding hours worked as necessary
* Attend weekly operations meeting with the centre management team, reporting all operational issues
* To undertake any further duties requested by centre management as appropriate to the position

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
