As a Procurement Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving value across our business, leading procurement strategy, building strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring we source goods and services efficiently, ethically, and at the highest quality. You’ll balance commercial insight with operational needs to keep everything running smoothly and sustainably.
In this role you will:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to business goals and long-term growth
* Lead sourcing activities to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality or service
* Build and manage strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and performance
* Negotiate contracts and secure favourable commercial terms
* Oversee procurement budgets and optimise spend through data analysis and insight
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards
* Identify and manage supply chain risks, ensuring continuity and resilience
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to support operational and strategic needs
* Continuously improve procurement processes and systems to drive efficiency and agility
* Promote sustainable and responsible sourcing practices across the supply chain
You’re someone who looks beyond transactions – you understand how procurement decisions impact the wider business, from cost and quality to sustainability and long-term performance.
* You have significant experience in procurement, supply chain, or commercial environments
* You bring strong commercial acumen and are confident negotiating with suppliers at all levels
* You understand contract management, supplier performance, and risk mitigation
* You are analytical and confident using data to drive decisions
* You’re an effective leader who can develop, inspire, and engage a team
* You communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across the business
* You’re organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
* You bring a “can do, will do” mindset and take ownership for delivering results
